Chinese Herbs Dose Size

Standard starting dose size is four 500mg capsules, three times a day. For most herbal formulas, doctors suggest a higher dose -by body weight- to more accurately address individual needs.

And a person can increase to the next body weight size if results are not optimal after a week or if more immediate results are needed.
