Acupuncture. Cupping. Herbs. Traditional Chinese Medicine

PHILOSOPHY

Throughout my life, the lens of perception through which I filter the world has always been one of healing.

I personally get acupuncture at least 1x a week and my mindfulness practices include a gratitude list each morning and a 20 minute meditation.
