A balanced life is crucial to overall wellness of body, mind and spirit. The most dangerous adversary to balance in our lives today is the toxicity of Stress. Contemporary medical practitioners of all doctrines agree - 95% or more of all disease is caused by unresolved stress stagnating in the body over long periods of time creating imbalances in the endocrine system, glands and hormones.
This "Balance Bondage" can start as early as your 20's or 30s and affects both men and women. Educating ourselves to prevent these imbalances in the first place is ideal but if you're already experiencing unexplainable mood swings, acne, chronic body pain and fatigue, chances are hormone balancing through acupuncture, nutrition and herbal supplements as well as a mindfulness practice will help.
