This is the “Everyday” tea that I serve at my office 365 days of the year to great applause!   It’s the energetic balance of this tea that makes it so healthy and great for Immunity:

💡  Immunity  -Astragalus & Ginger

⚡️  Energy    -Ginger & Astragalus & Goji Berries

This tea has great health benefits while not being so strong as to create any side effects. For a patient’s individual issues, a proper herbal formula should be prescribed, but this one is nice for just about everyone.

For the detailed benefits of each herb or ingredient, as well as the Ginger Tea Recipe, see below:

For this Ginger Tea, we will make a “batch” of it to last throughout the week. You can see in the video that I use quite a bit of Ginger for the 3.5-4 liters of water.
Recipe:
💥  Ginger - 4-5 large pieces 1-2 inches by 3-5 inches (skinned, sliced thin)
⚡️  Astragalus - 15-20 pieces 2 inches long, dried
🍋  Lemon   - Juice of one large Lemon
❤️  Goji Berries -15-20 dried
☕️  Water   -3 liters + 1.5 liters
🍯  Honey  -1-3 tablespoons (added as tea cools)

Directions:
Bring to a boil 3 liters of water. Add in all ingredients except the honey. Boil for 25-30 minutes. Strain off the tea into a container & set aside, but keep the ingredients in the pot. Add 1.5 liters of fresh water to the ingredients and boil again 25 minutes.  Strain into the previously set aside tea and stir in honey to taste.

Keep in refrigerator up to 8 days, reheating a portion as needed.

Lemon juice helps to cure problems related to indigestion and constipation. Add a few drops of lemon on your dish (take care, it does not go well with milk), and it will aid in digestion. It acts as a blood purifier and a cleansing agent, so a good drink after lunch or dinner is fresh lemon soda, which is also called fresh lime soda in many places. The recipe is lemon juice, cold water, soda, salts(common salt or rock salt) and sugar/honey for sweetness. You can also add some mint leaves or crushed fennel seeds for added flavor. Drink this whenever you have a heavy lunch or dinner.
